of Health Services (FW) Assam Cum State Appropriate Authority - PNDT, Swasthya Bhawan, Hengerabari, Guwahati-36.

Educational Qualification: The Candidates must be Higher Secondary Examination passed in any stream.
Salary: Rs.17382/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand three hundred eighty-two) only per month.
Venue: Office of the Director of Health Services (FW) Assam cum State Appropriate Authority - PNDT, Swasthya Bhawan, Hengerabari, Guwahati-36

The willing candidates may appear at the interview with all relevant documents mentioned below —
1.(a) All Original pass Certificate and Mark sheets as to their qualification.
(b) Original Diploma in Computer Education.
(c) Age Proof Certificate.
(d) Permanent Residence Certificate.
(e) One filled up Standard form of Application with xerox copy of all related documents shall have to be submitted in the time of the interview.
2. Required qualification Higher Secondary Examination passed in any stream may apply and appear in the interview.
3. The post is purely temporary and shall be on Contractual engagement.
4. The contractual remuneration of the post is @ Rs.17382/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand three hundred eighty-two) only per month subject to increase as per approval in the ROP.
5. No TA/DA shall be admissible
