Eligibility Criteria

Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate (5% relaxation for SC/ST/ST(H) candidates).
Age Limit: 18 – 34 years as of 1st July 2026 (2 years relaxation for SC, ST(P), & ST(H) categories).

RRB ALP Recruitment 2026: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released the official notification of CEN No. 01/2026 for the recruitment of 11,127 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) posts across various RRBs in India.
