Eligibility Criteria for IPPB Executive Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification:
Applicants must have completed a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. Candidates with domicile in the same state where they are applying will be given preference.

- Maximum Age: 35 years

Job Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for:
- Achieving monthly revenue targets through direct sales of bank products.
- Organizing customer acquisition events and financial literacy campaigns.
- Training Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) on IPPB products and services.
- Supporting the IPPB Manager in operations and business development.
- Developing and managing relationships with channel partners and customers.
Contract Period
The initial contract will be for one year, extendable annually up to a maximum of three years based on satisfactory performance and bank’s requirements.
Selection Process
