Selection Process – Governor Assam’s Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025


The selection process for the Governor Assam's Pratibha Protsahan Yojana 2025 includes the following key stages:

1. Shortlisting of Candidates

Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in their Class 12 and Graduation. Around 4000 candidates will be selected for the next stage through this merit-based screening.

2. Written Screening Test

A Written Screening Test will be conducted for the shortlisted candidates on 24th August 2025. The test centers will be located across various districts of Assam, including:

3. Group Counselling & Personal Interview

The Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme is launched by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under the Ministry of Education to provide financial assistance to students of the North Eastern Region (NER) pursuing undergraduate courses. The Directorate of Tea Tribes and Adivasi Welfare (TTWD) functions under the Tea Tribes Welfare and Adivasi Welfare Department, implementing a wide range of development and welfare schemes for the Tea Tribes and Adivasi communities.
