Eligibility Criteria of Indian Army Recruitment
Agniveer (General Duty)
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age 17 years 6 month and maximum 21 years old.
Educational Qualification: 10th Passed with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject.
Agniveer Technical(Technical)
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age 17 years 6 month and maximum 21 years old.
Educational Qualification: 12th examination in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
Agniveer Clerk/ Store Keeper (Technical)
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age 17 years 6 month and maximum 21 years old. They should have been born between 1st April 2004 and 1st April 2008.
Educational Qualification: 12th examination in any stream with 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject. English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class XII are mandatory.
Agniveer Tradesmen(For 10th Class Pass)
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age 17 years 6 month and maximum 21 years old. They should have been born between 1st April 2004 and 1st April 2008.
Educational Qualification: 10th exam Pass with 33% marks in each subject.
Agniveer Tradesmen (For 8th Class Pass)
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age 17 years 6 months and maxmimum 21 years old. They should have been born between 1st April 2004 and 1st April 2008.
Educational Qualification: Candidates need to pass the class 8th examination with 33% marks in each subject.
Application Fee: Rs. 250/-
IMPORTANT NOTE: Male Candidates can apply for any two categories in Agnipath Scheme based on their eligibility. In addition, they can also apply for one Regular Category.
