• Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – 1,05,280/-

• Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate (any discipline) AND

  • MBA (Finance)/ PGDBA/ PGDBM/ MMS (Finance)/ CA/ CFA/ ICWA.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Corporate/High Value Credit in a supervisory/management role.

• Skills Required: Credit appraisal, balance sheet analysis, assessment of proposals, credit monitoring.

2. Manager (Products – Digital Platforms)

• No of Posts: 34

• Age Limit: 28 – 35 years (as on 31.08.2025)

• Pay Scale: ₹85,920 – 1,05,280/-

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.E./ B.Tech in IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ E&T or MCA.

  • Minimum 60% marks.

  • Preference: MBA/ Executive MBA.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Digital Payments/ FASTag/ AFC/ FinTech/ CRM/ Risk Management.

3. Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms)

• No of Posts: 25

• Age Limit: 25 – 32 years (as on 31.08.2025)

• Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – 93,960/-

• Educational Qualification:

  • B.E./ B.Tech in IT/ Computers/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ E&T or MCA.

  • Minimum 60% marks.

  • Preference: MBA/ Executive MBA.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Payments/ FASTag/ AFC/ FinTech/ CRM/ Risk Management.
