Central Bank of India has released a notification for the engagement of Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the financial year 2025-26. Interested candidates can apply online for over 4500 vacancies across India, including multiple positions in Assam

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University

• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years as on 31.03.2025

• Language: Candidate should be proficient in the local language of the region (Assamese in case of Assam)

Training & Stipend:

• Duration: 12 months

• Stipend:

• Rural/Semi-Urban branches: ₹10,000/month

• Urban branches: ₹12,000/month

• Metro branches: ₹15,000/month

• No additional allowances or benefits applicable

Selection Process:

1. Online Written Test (MCQ format):

   • General English, Quantitative, Reasoning, Computer, Banking GK

2. Local Language Test

3. Document Verification

Key Points:

• Candidates will not be offered permanent jobs
