Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480/-
- Pay Scale: ₹48,480–2000/7–62,480–2340/2–67,160–2680/7–85,920
- Additional Benefit: 2 advance increments
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
- Date of Birth: Between 01.01.1996 and 31.12.2004 (inclusive)
Age Relaxation
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (UR/EWS): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates with professional qualifications such as Engineering, Medical, Chartered Accountant, or Cost Accountant are also eligible.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB) as listed by RBI, as on 31.12.2025.
Local Language Requirement
Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the applied circle. A local language test will be conducted before joining. Candidates who studied the local language in Class 10 or 12 are exempted from this test.
