1. Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)
No of posts: 02
Pay: PB‑2 Rs. (14000–49000) + Grade Pay of Rs. 6200 and other allowances admissible under the Rules.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a Govt. recognized university with computer knowledge.
Age: 18 years to 43 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
2.Front Office Coordinator (FOC)
No of posts: 01
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 20,000/- P.M. (Rupees Twenty Thousand) only pm.
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have passed B.A./B.Sc./B.Com or equivalent examinations along with a six (06) months diploma/certificate course in computers with proficiency in MS Office, Internet & email.
Age: 18 years to 43 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
3.Data Entry Operator (DEO)
No of posts: 01
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 12,000/- P.M. (Rupees Twelve Thousand) only per month.
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary passed with minimum 50% marks along with 06 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Proficiency from a recognized institution.
Age: 18 years to 43 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)
4. Driver
No of posts: 01
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 10,000/- P.M.
Educational Qualification: Candidates shall have to pass Class VIII and must possess a valid Professional Driving License.
Age: as on 01.01.2020: 18 years to 43 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules)

For LDA:
Duly filled up applications on standard Form of application (Assam Gazette Part IX) must be accompanied by the following:
a) Self-attested photocopies of all testimonials in support of age, educational and other qualification, employment exchange registration no., caste, experience {if any} etc.
b) 02 (Two) copies of recent passport size photographs duly signed by the candidate on the reverse side.
c) Candidates must mention their phone number & valid e‑mail ID in the application form.

b)For Other posts:
Duly filled applications on Standard Form of application (Assam Gazette Part IX) along with self-attested photocopies of all the relevant testimonials and 2 (Two) copies of recent Passport size photographs should be addressed to The Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Kamrup (M), The District and Sessions Judge’s Court Campus, Panbazar, Guwahati-01. The name of the post should clearly be mentioned at the top of the envelope.
