About LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation
The LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation was established by the Life Insurance Corporation of India to support activities related to education, healthcare, poverty relief and other areas of public welfare.

The scholarship amount is generally paid in two equal instalments. The scholarship may continue for the prescribed duration of the course, subject to fulfilment of the renewal conditions. A total of 13,440 scholarships are proposed to be awarded across India.
The scholarships are allocated among LIC's divisions. As per the scheme details, each of the 112 LIC Divisional Offices has an allocation of 120 scholarships, consisting of General and Special Scholarship categories.
Selection Process
