Eligibility Criteria for NORCET 9
Educational Qualification (Any One of the Following):
Category I:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
- OR B.Sc. (Post-Certificate)/Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University.
- Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
Category II:
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board/Council.
- Registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds after completing the diploma.
Age Limit (As on last date of application):
- General: 18 to 30 years
- Age Relaxation: As per rules of respective institutes/hospitals
Application Fees
- General/OBC: ₹3000/-
- SC/ST/EWS: ₹2400/-
- PwD (Persons with Disabilities): Exempted
