- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Technician Apprentice (Telecom & Instrumentation): Diploma in relevant Electronics/Instrumentation disciplines
- Trade Apprentice (Assistant HR): Any Graduate
- Trade Apprentice (Accountant): B.Com
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher): 12th Pass (but below Graduate)
- Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders): 12th Pass with skill certificate
Age Limit : 18 to 24 years as on 31.08.2025. Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years.
Stipend: As per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Apprenticeship Rules 1992/2019, plus IOCL guidelines.

Selection Process
- Selection based on merit list (marks in qualifying exam).
- No written test or interview.
- Document verification & Medical fitness before joining.

- Register online at NATS/NAPS portal as per trade:
- Trade Apprentice (Data Entry) → NAPS Portal
- Technician & Graduate Apprentice → NATS Portal
- After registration, apply in IOCL Pipelines Portal (Part-I & Part-II registration).
- Upload photo & signature, fill qualifications, and submit before 18.09.2025.
