• Must have a Permanent Resident Certificate or Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

• 3-year Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized institute.

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the official notification for the Combined Competitive (Main) Examination 2024. Candidates who have qualified in the Preliminary Exam can now apply online for the Main Exam. The exam will be conducted in Guwahati in October 2025.
