Eligibility Criteria
Special Educator in LP Schools
- Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized), OR Graduation with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education).
- Must have ATET/CTET qualified certificate for LP Schools.
- Grade Pay: Rs. 7,400/-
Special Educator in UP Schools
- Graduate with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. in Special Education (RCI recognized).
- Must have ATET/CTET qualified certificate for UP Schools.
- Grade Pay: Rs. 8,700/-
Age Limit (as on 01/08/2025)
- UR: 18–40 years
- OBC/MOBC: up to 43 years
- SC/ST(P)/ST(H): up to 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen: up to 42 years
- PWD: up to 50 years
Salary Structure
Pay Band – 2: Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- plus Grade Pay (7,400/- for LP & 8,700/- for UP) with other allowances as per Assam Govt. rules.

- District-wise & category-wise merit list will be prepared.

- Physical verification may also be conducted if required.
