1) What is the pay scale for JIO-II/Tech?
Level-4 (₹25,500–₹81,100) with Special Security Allowance @20% of basic pay, plus regular Central Government allowances.

Any one of: Diploma in relevant engineering fields; OR B.Sc. (Electronics/CS/Physics/Maths); OR BCA — from a recognized institution.
