Eligibility Criteria

2. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the prescribed educational/technical/professional qualification from a recognized institution or university as of the last date (30.11.2025) of online application.

Junior Engineer (JE): Diploma/Degree in Engineering relevant to the post.

Depot Material Superintendent (DMS): Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Material Management.

Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA): Bachelor’s degree in Science with Physics and Chemistry.
Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
3. Nationality / Citizenship
A candidate must be:

a citizen of India, or
-
a citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, or
-
a Tibetan refugee (before 01.01.1962), or
-
a person of Indian origin who migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanent settlement in India.
Medical Fitness Standards
Candidates must meet the required medical standards prescribed by Indian Railways to ensure physical fitness for the duties associated with the posts.

A-3, B-1, and C-1 categories apply depending on the post.

Lasik surgery candidates are not eligible for A-3 standard posts.
Only candidates found medically fit will be considered for appointment.

Selection Process
The selection process for RRB JE/DMS/CMA 2025 involves the following stages:
