- Technician Grade-I Signal: Level-5 (7th CPC) – ₹29,200/-
- Technician Grade-III: Level-2 (7th CPC) – ₹19,900/-

Educational Qualification
Technician Grade-I Signal
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology or Instrumentation.
- OR Three-Year Diploma in Engineering in the relevant disciplines.
- OR Degree in Engineering in the relevant disciplines.
Technician Grade-III
- Matriculation/SSLC with ITI from NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade.
- OR Matriculation/SSLC with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the relevant trade.
