Indian Army has officially started the online application process for Agniveer Recruitment 2026 under the Agnipath Scheme. The recruitment is being conducted through the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) 2026 for Recruiting Year 2027.
Online registration is open from 13 February 2026 and will close on 01 April 2026. Eligible unmarried male candidates from Assam can apply online through the official portal.

Educational Qualification
Agniveer General Duty (GD)
Class 10th pass with minimum 45% aggregate and 33% in each subject. Indian Gorkha candidates require only Class 10th pass.
Agniveer Technical
10+2 (Science) with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English with 50% aggregate and 40% in each subject OR eligible ITI/Diploma holders as per notification.
Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical
10+2 pass in any stream with 60% aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. English and Maths/Accounts mandatory.
Agniveer Tradesmen
- 10th Pass – Minimum 33% in each subject
- 8th Pass – Minimum 33% in each subject
