Eligibility Criteria for CM’s Jibon Prerana Scheme

Residence: Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification: Only fresh graduates (2025 pass-outs) from government or public institutions situated in Assam are eligible. Students from open universities or private institutions are not eligible.
Employment Status: Applicant must be currently unemployed.

Exclusions:
