Applications are invited from serving male/female Constables (General Duty/Bugler /Mali/Painter) of the Force for the Group-C post of Head Constable (General Duty) in the Central Reserve Police Force through
Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE)-2019 as per MHA Scheme. The posts are temporary but likely to become permanent in accordance with the guidelines of the Government.

Male: Posts 1331 (Gen I-1031, SC- 200, ST-100)
Female: Posts 81 (Gen I-63, SC- 12, ST-06)

Eligibility Criteria: Constables (General duty 7 Bugler 7 Mali / Painter) only in the Force having following qualifications / qualitative requirements (QRs) will be eligible to appear in the examination.

Service Criteria: They completed four years or service including basic Training on the last date or application. However, Constable having more than 04 years of service shall be considered for weight-age of marks as under:-
 Up to 4 years: No marks
 4-5 years: 04 Marks
5-6 Years: 08 Marks
 6 -7 Years: 12 Marks
 7-8 Years: l6Marks
 Above 8 Years - 20 Marks

Marks awarded on the basis of No. of years of service completed as Constable will be taken into account for aggregate marks only while drawing merit list for selection.

Qualification: 12th class passed from a Board recognized by the Central or State Govt.

Age Limit: 32 years

Pay Scale: 7th CPC Pay Matrix Level-4, Rs. 25,500 – 81,100/- plus allowances like DA, FIRA, CCA, and other allowances as admissible under Rules.
