Eligibility Criteria
- AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- AE (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- AE (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- AAO (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree and must have passed the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- AAO (Company Secretary): Bachelor’s Degree and must be a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 papers passed in the Institute of Actuaries of India.
- AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree with a professional qualification in Life Insurance.
- AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s Degree in Law with a minimum of 50% marks and 2 years of experience as an Advocate.
Pay Scale & Salary
Selected candidates will receive a basic pay of ₹88,635 per month in the pay scale of ₹88,635 - ₹169,025. Total emoluments in an ‘A’ class city will be approximately ₹1,26,000 per month.
Age Limit & Relaxation
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years (for Generalist, AE, CS, Actuarial, and Insurance Specialist posts)
- Maximum Age: 32 years (for AAO-CA and AAO-Legal)
Relaxation in age will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
