Salary / Emoluments (TRCA)
Gramin Dak Sevaks are paid through Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with an annual increment of 3%. They are also eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA) as per Government norms.
- Branch Postmaster (BPM): ₹12,000 – ₹29,380 per month
- ABPM / Dak Sevak: ₹10,000 – ₹24,470 per month
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Candidate age must be between 18 to 40 years as on the last date of application.

- PwBD (UR): 10 Years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 Years
- PwBD (SC / ST): 15 Years
Educational Qualification
Candidate must have passed Class 10 (Secondary School Examination) with passing marks in Mathematics and English from a recognized board.
Local Language
The applicant should have studied the local language up to Class 10.
