Eligibility & Age Limit
Nationality
Indian citizens and certain categories of migrants/refugees may apply (see notification for details).
Minimum 21 years — Maximum 30 years. Relaxations as per Government rules.
Generalists: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Specialists: Discipline-specific qualifications — e.g., Automobile/IT/Accounts/Legal/Health — with 60% marks (55% for reserved categories).
Selection Process
- Preliminary Exam (Objective) — 100 marks
- Main Exam (Objective + Descriptive) — 230 marks
- Interview — 25% weightage in final selection
Salary & Benefits
Basic Pay ₹50,925/- + allowances (Gross ≈ ₹90,000/- in metros). Includes NPS, gratuity, medical benefits, LTS, accident insurance, and company/leased accommodation.
