Dibrugarh University has officially released the notification for the
Dibrugarh University Admission Test (DUAT) 2026 for admission into
various Post Graduate programmes for the academic session 2026–2027.
Candidates seeking admission into MA, MSc, MCom, M.Ed., MCA, and other PG courses must appear for this entrance test.
Earlier known as DUPGET, DUAT is now the mandatory entrance exam for admission to 2-year PG courses or for lateral entry into the 4th year (7th semester) of the FYIPGP.

Eligibility Criteria
For FYIPGP Lateral Entry
Candidates must have completed the 6th semester under NEP 2020 with at least 60 credits in the concerned subject.
For MA / MSc / MCom
- Bachelor’s Degree with Honours/Major in relevant subject with minimum 45% marks
- OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with 50% in subject and 45% aggregate (General Programme)
Note: Final semester appearing students can also apply.
