The recruitment is being conducted for the engagement of experienced personnel on a contract basis across various regions. A total of 1543 vacancies have been announced for Field Engineer (Electrical & Civil) and Field Supervisor (Electrical, Civil & Electronics/Communication).

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 29 years (as on 17.09.2025). Age relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules.
Educational Qualification
- Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil): B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with 55% marks + 1 year experience.
- Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil): Diploma in relevant discipline with 55% marks + 1 year experience. (Higher qualifications like B.Tech/BE/M.Tech are not allowed.)
- Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): Diploma in Electronics/Telecom/IT with 55% marks + 1 year experience.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Field Engineer: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (CTC approx. ₹8.9 LPA)
- Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000 (CTC approx. ₹6.8 LPA)
- Additional perks, DA, HRA, leave benefits, EPF, medical benefits, and insurance as per company rules.
Selection Process
- Written Test: 50 Technical Questions + 25 Aptitude Questions (1 hour, MCQ, no negative marking).
- Interview: Only for Field Engineers.
